Nuvaring.. help!!
How the hell do you insert this dang thing??!
I’ve never tried it before . I pinched it and inserted as far up as I can. It feels like it’s still vertical /slanted up there . I even tried inserting it with a tampon applicator . Then today I check down there and it was almost out! Lol wth!!! Is it just lower down when I’m sitting ?? I don’t understand . Someone help me out lol
