Try natural calm, it works wonders! I recommend the strawberry lemonade flavour & start with 1 tsp/bottle of water. It says to use boiling water & add cold water but an easier way to make it is with a cold water bottle, shake & leave for 15 mins until it is clear. I was having the same issue & it definitely is super annoying & uncomfortable but now I am back to being regular & feel so much better!

Try taking a stool softener or taking probiotic, eating fruits that help people go (ex grapes) and drinking lots of water.
