Best jogging stroller?

I currently have a Graco Modes travel system stroller. I recently started going on walks with my son but I've grown to hate this thing. It has plastic wheels, no shock absorbers and pretty much only good for smooth paved surfaces. I have to hop a curb in front of my house then go through the grass a bit to get on the pathway. Between the grass, these little berries that drop from trees overhead, and those rumble strip crosswalks, it's a rough ride. My son is 8 months old so I want something affordable but will last.
