So I always here this quote about "matching energy". Basically meaning give the energy, time, and effort people give you. But what about the quote that says "if you miss someone, call. If you wanna meet up, invite. If you love someone tell them."? Ugh idk how to interact with people. I just want cool, kind, and loyal people in my life. Any advice?
