Step dad appreciation ❤️

I just need to say I’m so appreciative of step dads but most importantly my boyfriend. We both where previously married and have kids from different relationships. Watching him with my daughter makes my heart full and happy. He went from being my best friend, to my boyfriend, to stepdad/dad (we have one on the way).

My daughter went to her dads house and the next day. My bf sighed and I asked him what was wrong. He said “ as stressful as it is some days because sometimes I think she doesn’t like me, I really miss her and I can’t wait until we go pick her up.” Then tonight he was playing and tickling her even though he doesn’t feel to good from his covid shot. He saw she fell asleep on the baby camera. He got up and tucked her in turned her fan on and everything. As I watched him in the baby camera I just had an overwhelming emotion of joy. I’m so very thankful for everything he does. He came back and I said I could have put her to bed. He said “nah it’s all good u made dinner.” He does things my ex would have never even thought of doing.

I think I finally found a good one ❤️
