Daycare days: 6:00 wake up, 12:00 nap (usually 1.75 hours), 7:30 bed time.
Regular days: 8:00 wake up, 1:00 nap (2-2.5 hours), 8:00 bed time.

When she’s at home she wakes up at 6:30, takes a nap around 9:30 for and hour and a half. She will take another nap around 1:30-2 for an hour and a half. Her bedtime is 7:30. 
Days she is at the babysitters she gets up at 6:30, naps at 12 for two and a half hours, and then she goes to bed at 7:30.

16 month old. She usually wakes around 5-5.30 and naps around 9-9.30 for 1-1.5 hours. Then she naps again in the afternoon around 2-3pm for an 1-1.5 hours usually. Bed around 7-8pm. It varies.
