Help?!

I had brownish plotting for thr past few days. I had a day of bleeding in August. Feeling super sick always, boobs are sore, looking bloated(I've had 4 kids) pregnancy tests have thr faintest of lines. (Also never had a positive with my kids till I was almost 4 months along) . I don't have insurance. I don't know what to do. Do you think I'm pregnant?
