Ingrown hairs& stds

Does anyone know what any of this might be..? I always get ingrown hairs when I shave for some reason I think that’s what some of this is but why is it sooo swollen…? My boyfriend broke up with me because he thinks he has an std or something.. He hasn’t been to the doctor yet but he’s assuming he has something. I am in so much pain 😞
