Army crawling, but already assisted walking?

Anyone else’s baby skipping the hands and knees crawling? 
My son has been army crawling since 6 months and turns 9 months on the 29th. Two weeks ago he figured out how to pull himself up to stand and today started shuffling from one end of the couch to the other 😬
Lots of falling but the little trooper gets back up and back at it.

Yes kinda my little man does this kinda half walk half crawl where he is on one knee with one leg extended

My oldest did this. Army crawl at 5 months, couch walking at 6. He did end up hands and knees crawling at about 8 months and then walked unassisted at 10.5 months.
