Okay ladies I’m a 1st time mom and have some questions. I’m 5wks PP I had a csection. Soo with that being said. How long did it take y’all too full heal? How many weeks did y’all start light workout. Like walking at the park. And when did y’all start having sex again? I felt like my postpartum dr visit was done too early literally before my baby turned a month.

Also how many weeks did it take y’all for you’re cycle to pick back up. I only bled for 2 weeks. And I swear I’m already ovulating. My cycle always started around the 13-16
