Calling during work hours

Does anyone else get annoyed when friends and family call you while your working during working hours? They know your working hours. Then start the conversation off with “what are you doing?”. “I’m working” is always my reply then they proceed to have a non urgent conversation and that can clearly wait until I’m not working. Sometimes I just want to scream. So now I either don’t answer and guess what some will call back to back as if the more they call it will force me to answer. I’ll send a text saying “I’ll call you back when I get off work” but guess what they’ll still do the same thing a week later.
