Discomfort when swallowing

Hi all!

So about two weeks ago, Monday (Aug 30th), I starting getting an itchy throat/ just average seasonal allergies. Then it stayed either that and turned into a mini cold, but nothing crazy. Since then, 90% of the time I swallow, i get this discomfort/ feels like a mini marble is there. It’s not a painful sore throat people usually get, it’s weird because it’s really not painful at all! Like I have no stuffy nose, no watery eyes, no sort of cold or allergy symptom but this weird swallowing thing. Anyone have any advice or idea? When I take medicine it goes away for that time until it wares off. I sleep next to an AC every night so I’m wondering if I need to change the filter. I just added a humidifier also!
