Help!

How do I get my 18 month old to fall asleep on her own without screaming and crying her self to sleep?? Also how do I get her to sleep through the night in her own bed? She used to sleep through the night no problem but than her molers started to come in she started to wake up in the night screaming and the only way we could get her to go back to sleep was to put her in the bed with us and it's starting to get old. So any advice and help would be great!
