Nosey ass landlords- what do I do?

Looking for some advice. I’ve had issues in the past about my landlords.

We have 0 privacy. They are nosey. Walk into our apartment when they feel the need to. A few weeks ago they stole a bike of mine and tried selling it in a yard sale they were having. Tried deeming it as abandoned when it was under my stairs out of view. Yesterday my husband was working on his truck in the carport that is included in our rental property. Landlord came up and asked us about rent. After stating THREE different times that it would be paid in full on Sept. 24th with a late fee included since it was due on the 7th. ( I just started a new job after my husband lost his) I provided that information in a written letter, via text & I’ve mentioned it once to them before. Anyways- not a big deal. He then starts to get nosey asking questions as to why we are fixing the truck and how we got the money to do that but can’t pay our rent; asking what our plans are for the weekend. We told him we were going to visit my grandmother who lives out of town. He starts asking where she lives and why we are going there. None of his business really. I feel like that’s an invasion of privacy, if you ask me. Not only do they come and go in our rental property as they please (entering & exiting at all times of the day or night) they didn’t give any notice that they’ll be replacing the roof soon. I came out of our bathroom to get ready for work and there are two men on our roof! The men said they had no idea someone lived here! Our land lord failed to mention that to both parties. They are old and senile. (80’S-90’s) & I honestly think they shouldn’t be renting houses if they can’t respect our privacy & keep us in the loop about stuff like this. Is there anything I can do?
