Who's right

Honestly this isn't even really a big fight. I'm just wondering who you think is right. We were out at the grocery store today with our foster son. He was reading The Golden compass on his Kindle. So like many of you know he has a bedwetting problem. We don't talk about it. We just change his sheets if they're wet and stock his dresser with goodnites. We ended up in the diaper aisle and our foster son shifting away. I was picking him up some goodnites and my husband said not to. I whispered he was low and my husband said to just come back when we aren't with him so we don't embarrass him. I said why would they know they're for him and my husband said I got xlarge and they're obviously for an older kid. He also said we could just order them off Amazon to save him any embarrassment.
