This is Going to be a crazy story, but I need your Help!

Okay so let's start this story off with - I've had 4 positive pregnancy test and my blood test the very next day came back negative. My level was 3, non pregnant is less than 5.

So anyways, back story, I use the Nuvaring. Been using it for months. Something happened with my pharmacy so I skipped the month of August. Had my period Aug 28- to about Sep 1/2, put my birth control in that required Sunday September 5.

Had unprotected sex twice somewhere between the time I was off my period til I put the birth control back in. I did not take a plan B or anything like that.

Welp, come the last few days my body has been feeling extremely off. Cramping, just weird. I'm very in tune with it. Well, I decided to take a pregnancy test just to rule it out. That was literally the only reason. So I took the test, it was negative. Threw it away. Maybe five minutes later I came back to shower and I decided to check it and it was positive. I was a little iffy cause I think it was over 10min. So I decided to take another one. Positive in less than 10 min. Then awhile longer I took two more. Boom less than 10 min another two positives. So by this time I had emailed my doctor and they instructed me to remove my birth control and the next day (yesterday) to go in for a blood test. Well the results came in at like 1am and negative. So you can imagine I'm super confused at what could be happening. And the day I took the test she said it would be 2weeks 5 days. So extremely early. Right cause I didn't expect it to even be positive. I just need thoughts and opinions. I'm very confused. Do I just go off the blood results ? Obviously I wasn't expecting a positive but I got four of them and was a little excited and not opposed to the idea of having another baby.
