I am so confused at the minute. Me and my hubby are ttc for our first baby and I was 26 days late with bfn's. I rang the doctor he has sent me an appointment for bloods as he said it could be a thyroid problem and he wants to get it checked. My next period is due on 27th but today I started getting cramps and there was blood after a few hours it disappeared again. I am still getting cramps but they are not as intense I have been getting a warm feeling especially night time the bottom of my back hurts and I've been feeling tired and nauseous. Has anyone had any similar experiences. Any advice would be helpful
