Im about 5 months pregnant.

Was on a trip w husband and the kids to inlaws out of state. Anyways he started calling me shit because he got annoyed I asked him to go get food for the kids. Anyways.

We arrived back home and the next day I was still so mad I came back and knocked his comics down on the floor so husband called my mom to come over or do something. Instead my mom being the dramatic person she is decides to call the police. Long story short- now I have a summons- criminal mischief for knocking the books down at our house. My husband said he didn't want to file any charges or anything whatso ever. Nothing was damaged. But I guess they can just decide to charge me even if my husband doesn't want to? Anyways now Im seeing this penalty for that and it's like 6 mo. On jail and a fine.

I have a 4 and 2 year old. And I'm 5 months pregnant. And they're literally charging me for knocking his books down? Husband never wanted to press charges or even have the police over.

But I guess the cops can just decide to charge me w criminal mischief and now I'd probably go jail?
