TTC am I overreacting?

Ok so my husband and I are TTC for the first time. It’s going on just under 2 months so we are really early into all this. I just got my period a few days ago so obviously I’m not pregnant. Well he shared with his female coworker that I’m not pregnant. I’m a little peeved. Why is he sharing this information with her. It’s none of her business. I feel he is over sharing our business and I’m not comfortable. Am I overreacting? She is married and has a child herself.

You'll have to ask your husband why he shares it.
And if you're not comfortable with it, then talk to him about it.
But we tend to forget that men need to go somewhere with their feelings too. We might have friends to share it with or if we want to keep it a secret we share it places like here.
This is where we get it out. He might need an outlet too.
But I get what you're saying. If a male coworker, friend or not, told me that I would feel it was over sharing 😅

Not an overreaction at all, that’s something very personal that should between you two unless you both choose to share it with someone.
