I’m under 200!!

The highest I got to was 213. It wasn’t that I gorged down on food, I just chose unhealthy meals trying to be more time efficient. And I just never had time to exercise. I realized those were crappy excuses and the week after July 20th, I chose to do something about it. I started walking 2 miles everyday, doing 15 minutes of other exercises maybe 3-5 days a week. Eating cleaner, not just salads but actual nutritious meals. I still ate not so healthy stuff, but I didn’t overdo it. I chose fruit popsicles instead of ice cream. I chose low carb spinach tortillas instead of other tortillas. Quinoa in the place of rice. Veggie pasta, or whole grain pasta in the place of regular pasta. I still ate all the things I loved. I just made it healthier.

I am now officially under 200 and have lost about 3 inches of my stomach and 1 1/2 inches from my thighs and my face doesn’t look chunky anymore ☺️
