Misdiagnosed miscarriage

Has anyone experienced or know someone who went through this?

My hcg levels were slowly rising, all sonograms inconclusive, no one can tell me how far I am, this morning hcg dropped from 43,000 to 33,000, two day span between test. I am experiencing no signs of a miscarriage and the morning sickness is getting worse. The perinatal told me to schedule a d and c. This is my first pregnancy. Praying for a heartbeat on Friday and the drop was just a vanishing twin bc the last ultrasound there were two sacs but no fetal pole or heartbeat. I am very in tune with my body and have a lot of faith that I am not losing this soul. 💗
