Does anyone else get majorly depressed during their cycle?

My sis and sis-in-law both suffer from Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). My sister takes medication for it while sis-in-law tries to avoid triggers. 
Might this be what you suffer from?

Sometimes, but it’s understandable, your hormones go up and down, even if you don’t menstruate, you still cycle with the moon, as women we do this. So it’s understandable when your hormones are all over the place, that it fluctuates your moods and your emotional stability and your thought patterns and it’s kind of understandable. When that happens, you need some self-care. You can’t pour from an empty cup, so what do that means pampering yourself, sleeping more, treating yourself, taking a bubble bath,  Getting a massage, painting your toes and your fingers, taking a walk, exercise is excellent for depression, it’s a natural antidepressant, because it really releases endorphins, serotonin, dopamine, all the feel good hormones, and it’s good for you, what are you do some yoga or you take a walk or something mild. Getting out into the sunshine first thing in the morning, it will change your mood, get rid of brain fog, wake you up naturally that you may not even need coffee, the sun wakes up your whole body, It’s your me time and escape from reality, it helps to clear your head and organize your thoughts and get ready for your day, take a five minute walk, it’s not about how fast you walk or how high your heart rate gets or how many calories you burn or how many steps you get in, it’s just about you being outside, observing nature, and sometimes realizations will come to you, sometimes things that didn’t click, finally will click, sometimes it helps you just to get in the right mind frame for the day, and eventually your body will crave the movement abs you will feel off when you don’t do so.  Love yourself, give yourself some grace and space on the bad days, one bad day doesn’t mean it Hass to ruin the rest of your day or ruin the rest of your week or ruin the rest of your life. Tomorrow is another day. And like a roller coaster your emotions your hormones everything ebbs and flows including your sex drive. Take care of yourself.
