6 week ultrasound, no fetal pole. I’m scared.

Yolk sac is there (it wasn’t on the 16th), sac measures 6 weeks but no fetal pole. I feel like this has nowhere to go but badly. I’m terrified of losing a baby again and I don’t know what to think. Has anyone had no fetal pole at 6 weeks??
