Sore nipples

Anyone else’s breasts warm to the touch and nipples sore and sensitive after feeding? My LO is 6 weeks now and is finally latching on without a nipple shield and more often! But sometimes she makes me bleed and I find that I’m sore throughout the day.

If you have gone through this and have some tips on how to make this go away please let me know! Thanks!
