Freaking out ...15dpo ....spotting

Hi guys...ttc month 10. I dont know when I ovulated this month as tracking lead to severe anxiety everytime. I just went by cervical.mucus which was in abundance till CD 23.i usually have a 28-29 day cycle...today is day cd31..and I started spotting since yesterday it was light like only when I wiped..I was like damn Af again.today in the morning there was nothing and i had bit brownish blackish discharge in the moon and nothing after that..my AF is never late and once I start spotting it arrives like in few hours boom...but this is weird and I cant stop thinking. Anyone had spotting before bfp?

I also have light cramping and absolute no energy ...
