Help!

I don’t think I’m ovulating… can this happen? Last month I tested for ovulation on CD12 and every day after. I was negative every time. I thought maybe I had ovulated earlier the CD12, but wasn’t sure since apparently I missed it. This month I started testing on CD8 and I’m still testing negative, and I’m currently on CD10. I’m so confused… Btw I’m using clear blue digital ovulation test… need advice please.. also I have regular periods and they are always on 28-29 days.
