Ingrown horror

I keep getting pubic ingrowns, or maybe even ingrown cyst. I’ve had one or 2 here and there in the past but ever since I’ve gotten my most recent wax I keep getting them and I want them gone. I currently have 3 of them on my pubic area. It’s so embarrassing when it’s time to get intimate with my fiancé. I overly stress about it due to anxiety and I just want them gone. I’ve tried everything but wondering if anyone have any suggestions.
