Peeing a little when sneezing?

today I've started noticing i (involuntarily) PEE a little when I sneeze. I'm 13 weeks tmw. anyone know what that's about and whether I should increase my kegel count or other exercise? thanks in advance mammas from this 1st time mamma!!!!

Kegan kegal kegal exercise can't get enough of them. I know for some because they use to have a generally weak bladder it's worse when they are pregnant.  Just wear a panty liner so you don't need to change completely when it happens, esp if you out and about.

Pelvic floor therapist. If you don't do them right, kegels can make it worse.

This has been happening to me when I'm vomiting! I've been so nauseous I'm just trying to get through each day and haven't been doing my kegels as much as I should. Been trying to increase and do as many as I can now!

If this is your first and you’re that early already having pelvic floor issues, I would start talking to your doctor and doing your own research now. If your doctor says it’s “normal” find a new doctor. See if you can’t already be seen by a pelvic floor physical therapist so they can give you LOtS of exercises. Not just kegels. Kegels will only get you so far and 1) some ppl don’t do them right 2) if you do too many, early in the day, you can actually tire your muscles and have more accidents 3) there’s lots of other exercises. Start strengthening now bc it will only get worse as this pregnancy goes on! Good luck mama!
