Postpartum bleeding

I’m 4weeks 4D post pregnancy and still bleeding it’s become a bright red and a bit heavier than the past few weeks. It looked like I was about to finish a few days ago then bam I had heavy flow… some cramps on and off. I’m thinking maybe it’s my period? Not sure if I should call doctors on Monday to see. Just don’t wanna sound paranoid lol
