Options?!

So I’m officially down 41lbs, 7lbs down since my last update. After having two kids and losing all that weight, I’m left with this sagging extra skin. I use firming lotion, take collagen, and exercise. What can I do to get rid of it? I’m trying to avoid surgery but also realize that may be the only way fully get my stomach back. I still have 29lbs to go so surgery wouldn’t even be an option until then so I’d really like advise on what I can do in the mean time.
