Boric Acid for yeast and BV

So I’ve been dealing with a yeast and bv infections for 1.5 years now. I’ve been to the gyno so many times from these on-and-off again symptoms of both. The antibiotics I’m prescribed seems to work temporarily and then the yeast and/or BV comes back 1-3 months later. After doing some research, found out the gel I’m prescribed for the BV (metronidazole vaginal gel) can cause yeast infections 🙃. So it’s a constant struggle dealing with them both. I’ve been reading up on Boric Acid and I ordered a bottle from NutraBlast. I’m going to try it tonight and for the next 7 days. Does anyone have experience with this product? And should I go longer than 7 days? How often should I do it? This whole back and fourth with the yeast and BV is so frustrating and emotionally draining.
