Hemorrhoid help 🥺

Hi guys I know this is TMI but I am 22 years old and this is the first time I’m experiencing hemorrhoids. About a month ago I went out to dinner and tmi it made my stomach hurt and my bowel movement was loose and it triggered a hemorrhoid. I also weight lifting but I never thought this would be an issue since I try to monitor my breathing techniques and I don’t lift super heavy. After two weeks my hemorrhoid no longer was painful so I decided to weight lift again. Everything was fine until last week I was constipated and my bowel was hard and it hurt to pass. I never really have experienced constipation and I’m wondering why I am now. Anyways I have been implementing more fiber by taking supplements, using hydrocortisone suppositories, drinking more water, and incorporating more vegetables. I also have been taking a break from weight lifting so that my butt can heal. I just wanted to know how have you stopped getting hemorrhoid flare ups and have you eliminated your piles without surgery or medical intervention? I honestly want to get back to normal and have been sad because I love weight lifting but I feel like I must give it up so I can no longer feel the pain of hemorrhoids. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
