C-Section without any reason

In my country C-sections are done without any reason.80% hospitals don't try to do normal delivery.I have seen many hospitals where they deliver babies in 35 36 weeks they don't wait for labor pain.Last year my baby was delivered at 35 weeks and he died due to kidney failure.Is this risky to wait for labor pain start?Is normal delivery not possible in these days?The doctors in private hospitals are performing unnecessary C-section in order to fulfill the demands of private hospital’s owners as well as financial incentives
