I’m 2 months pp and and had this come out today. I’ve never had anything like this before pregnancy with my “periods”. I started bleeding 3 days ago after taking out my nubs ring. Flow is super slow barely soaks a tampon but today I had a horrible pain along with this. Not sure if I’m just overthinking it

Decidual cast aka Uterine lining. Happens sometimes. Just keep an eye out and make sure no large clots or bleeding gets heavier. Most of the time it’s not usually a big deal. 
Have you recently started birth control? I’ve heard sometimes women will pass a decidual cast after starting BC
