Going through a situation need advice

Me and my bf / soon to be born child father staying with his family in a 4 bedroom he just found out we have to move because the owner of the place sold / selling the house nov 11 I believe we been looking for 4 bedrooms but his mom and dad I guess saying it too much even though my bf his helping pay rent so my boyfriend just told me to find a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom for me him n soon to be born baby girl until I start back working ( which I think is a good idea ) his mom ask me to help her find a 2 bedroom for her the dad and the 4 kids and the other brother going to stay with a friend the thing is my boyfriend gets paid I believe $15/hr n paid every week I’m just afraid that no one will approve use btw ( I’m not working due to my pregnancy but I will be working 2 months after no I haven’t been lazy I been doing hair if I have a client I’m doing what a girlfriend is asked to be done as long as it’s not to much for me to handle but that’s plan #1

Plan #2 he said he can get us a hotel or Airbnb until we find a one bedroom but I feel like yes that’s a good idea but it’s a iffy situation

But I did tell him let see if we can get approval for the 2 apartments that have 1 bed and 1 bathroom available at the moment if not we can think about plan b
