Vagina changes from implanon?

But I have gotten my third implanon and this time I’m noticing changes in my vagina that are scaring me slightly. Last night I noticed my vagina felt different and when I had a look my vagina was gaping open which had never happened before that I know of as well as I feel like part of my inner vagina wall seems to be sitting lower than usual. Not hanging out or anything but just right at the entrance. Could it just be hormones from the implanon doing this? I have booked an appointment with my gp, but I’m just worried it could be a prolapse or something. I’m only 24 and haven’t had kids so I don’t know how this has happened
