Help!

Okay so I'm currently 7 days late for my period. I didn't track my ovulation at all this month and just took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Do I have a chance to be pregnant this month? When should I take another pregnancy test? Should I go for a blood draw? Any advice would be great.
