Does it make me a bad person?

Me and my boyfriend have been ttc for 3 and a half years and I'm not pregnant. My sister has been trying for only a couple of months and she just got pregnant.  I'm happy for them... but I'm also a tad bitter. This would be the first grandchild in our family and I thought it would be me.. I feel horrible.. I don't get why it's never me..

Hey there! Feelings of anger and resentment toward loved ones that get pregnant while you are struggling with infertility is a perfectly normal reaction. It took me a year to have a baby, she was stillborn in June 2020, and we’ve now been trying for a year again. But overall have been trying for almost 3 years now without a positive result. All while my sister, sister in law, and best friends have all had healthy pregnancies and babies. 💜 I pray you get to have the joy of a healthy pregnancy and birth soon!

I don’t think you’re a bad person. I’ve been in a similar situation and it can be tough. But your feelings are valid and don’t ever feel bad for that. Just try to remind yourself that your time is coming, and don’t lose faith 🥺💕 I know it’s hard. You got this
