So o have been working for this company for 4 months(let’s call it job 1), they are looking to promote me. I have spoke to the big boss directly several times and she says she wants to move me up when they hire more people to fill spots. I have been working Mon-Fri since day 1 at Job 1. I also do OT voluntarily and come in whenever they need me, even on my off days after working a 10 hr shift at Job 2. Just because I do love my job. I have the highest performance scores and attendance every month. I take 2xs the calls as everyone else. Well I have a 2nd job that schedules 3 months in advance. Since I always have weekends off, I work weekends there. Well job 1 suddenly changed my schedule which starts immediately tomorrow, and told me that they need me to come in on Saturdays now, although they know I work at Job 2 on Saturdays. It’s not that I just want the weekends off, it’s because I do have other obligations. They changed my schedule without even asking my availability or anything..

What is the best way to go about this. I adv I could work the new hours, but it would have to be Mon-Fri and I do want to stay full time.
