Opinions on vaccumes? Robot vaccume?

Have kids and dog hair. Looking for something to get the inbetween days i dont have time to vaccume. What's your thoughts.

I have the shark vacuum.  I barely use it because my kids think it’s a toy and will try to ride it around the house :(.  I loved it tho

We have a home with no carpet, 3 cats and a Roomba. Works great for us. I do still have my regular vacuum to use on furniture and around the baseboards. Love the Roomba for a good overall clean. I didn't care for it when we had carpet though. Carpet I want a regular vacuum with powerful suction. But man to me carpet and rugs are the most disgusting thing in a home.

I have a Eureka vacuum but looking to get a new one myself. I will tell you this thing called Lint roller was created to get pet hair out of carpets. Not only does it get the fur out of the carpet it also gets up the little bits that are hidden on the carpet that vacuums can't get to. After I scrape the carpet, I pick up the pet hair and vacuum up the rest and my carpet has never looked cleaner. You can find them anywhere online but a ad for the lint roller website popped up on my fb awhile back. I will post my before and after pictures when I find them

If you have a dog, I strongly urge you to make absolute sure that your dog doesn’t crap on the floor. The amount of stories I’ve seen of a roomba tracking doo all over the house is hilarious. 🤣

I have a Dyson cordless and love it. Kinda crazy how convenient it makes vacuuming just not having to plug it in. Plus it's a dream on hard floors and carpets.

We love our roomba that runs each day while we are out of the house, but it absolutely doesn’t replace a full size vacuum with better suction and a beater bar.

I have the iRobot self emptying. Ranch layout house with a Siberian Husky and German Shepard. It picks up everything and only have to deep vacuum once a week. I have it on a schedule.
