How often should I pump?

I am only making like 10ml every 2 hours. It isn’t nearly enough for my baby. I am currently a patient in the hospital so I am away from him and trying my best to get my supply up. It doesn’t help that I’m unable to eat right now but I am getting fluids. Should I start pumping every hour and a half instead? How do I get more out of my sessions. He is only 3 days old today, I don’t know if my milk has come in yet, it is less yellow for sure so it’s becoming more white, it’s almost all the way white which makes me concerned that I’ll be stuck making 10ml every feed
