Abdo Cramping constantly

Hi guys, wondering if anyone could help. I’m 5 weeks pregnant today, ever since I found out a week ago I’ve had abdo cramps all day, mostly on the right side that are like twinges but can be sharp.. I’ve not had any bleeding/spotting. I went to the urgent care centre I was that worried and my hcg levels were 431 for week 5. Doctors weren’t worried, I am still getting the pains predominately in the right side.. has anyone else had them more on the one side than the other and it’s never turned out to be something sinister? I’m fearing the worst 😞
