Is this safe to take while pregnant?

I googled it and can't find anything saying it's not safe. Just want to double check. I wanted regular Tylenol for a headache, but this is what my husband brought back from the store. Thanks!

No I wouldn’t take it. When I was sick I was told to take mucinex or Robitussin and regular Tylenol for aches and pains

No.  Get plain Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) from behind the pharmacy.  Phenylephrine is a no no during pregnancy

No I would. We have Panadol in Australia (same paracetamol) and doc said I could have normal tablets but not the cold n flu version.
