Maybe, maybe not?

How can I tell my husband I want a divorce but I want to avoid the outburst, and the hatred.. I told him I wanted to seek couples therapy he tore that down immediately.. told me "whatever you want" all crabby.. my life is hard we lost our son in 2020, and we just haven't gotten on good terms since then we are hardly intimate.. maybe 6times a year.. I'm just done feeling like I'm not worth it.. we have 2 other children together 5 and 3.. last time I brought the option up I wanted a divorce 2 years ago he told me he was taking the kids away from me.... Ugh.. 😭😭
