Toxic ex and birth

Long story short I’m about to give birth and my ex who has not been in the picture at all wants to come around like I owe him something for getting me pregnant. He left 2 weeks after I got pregnant because he was “stressed.” Since, he was living his best life going out to parties, bars, venues.. you name it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and have hung out with him a couple times. He starts off sweet and then slips back into his narcissistic ways. I’m 38 weeks pregnant and he’s already talking about custody. He wants the baby on weekends and I can have her during the week. He has not been here the entire pregnancy and hasn’t even given a single dime towards anything. He also wants the baby to have his last name. I don’t agree. He calls me the incubator and doesn’t even consider me a mom yet. I’m so frustrated because I don’t want him to be with her alone. He’s a wreck-less driver and an avid pot smoker. He can’t even remember conversations the next day because of how high he gets. Not to mention any time he sees me he is high. What approach in court could I take? Also I don’t want him there for the birth but I’m fearful of repercussions after when he sees the baby or wants to argue with me and tries to take her. I don’t know what to do I am so lost, nervous, and scared. He’s a master manipulator and I’m scared of what he is capable of.
