Killer Headaches 😩

I’ve had a killer headache the past two days and I feel like Tylenol is not cutting it😩 it’s localized in the back on the left side of my head and it is comming/going. I’ve had this one other time since being pregnant but just a headache in general. Not sure if it’s that or the season changing. I typically always took ibprophen because I felt Tylenol never worked for me but being pregnant of course you can’t take that. Anyone else get these headaches from time to time? Any home remedies that helped you deal with them?
