Question

Me and my husband were talking an I mentioned how I miss him doing random acts of love or doing simple things .. and he’s like well we’re married I don’t have to do that. 
We’ve been together 3 years.. married 1 1/2yrs .. and I haven’t gotten flowers once in our relationship cause he finds them stupid... 
I’ve told him I wanted them n show him acts of love n do things for him but I don’t get any in return n don’t feel appreciated... 
Does your hubby do acts of love?

I think u both should learn about each other's love language. Also, if u voice to him thats something u like, he should try once in a while esp if he knows it'll put a smile on ur face, even if he doesn't care for it or thinks it's stupid.
I've been together with my husband for 18 years, married for 9 years. My husband isn't the romantic type but will surprise me once in a while with flowers or gestures like cooking, cleaning or putting laundry away for me. Those little things matter to me and although it may not be often, I appreciate when he does it. 🙂
I think being in tune with each others love languages would be helpful though.

We are married 6 years already and my husband is not romantic type at all but still he surprises me with little stuff,and to me that means he loves me and that he cares about me. It’s not stupid to show someone that you love them.

The only time i get flowers is on Valentines day and if im lucky on my bday or anniversary, other than that NEVER! I hate to tell him like hey buy me flowers, because if HE WANTED HE WOULD! Sad but true :(

Been with him for 10 years. Our romantic gestures at this point are when he surprises me with a ready made dinner or does a chore for me that I didn’t ask him too. 
Of course I miss flowers and dates. When I do I just straight up tell him, and he will eventually surprise me. We try our best to give each other romantic gifts and gestures every once in a while.

We both do things to show our love and appreciation of each other. We've been back together for like 5ish years but we've been raising our children for 13. Even when we weren't a couple we still did things to show we appreciated the other parent. I don't like flowers so my husband gets me crafting supplies randomly, a new book or reads to me before bed, stuff like that. I'll leave notes for him praising his efforts, preparing special dinners he loves (like handmade pasta dishes that take all day to make for example), and watch our favorite shows together while cuddling on the couch or something. It doesn't take much effort to show your partner you care about and love them. It's pretty shitty of your husband to not do even the smallest of tasks like flowers to show he appreciates you. I'm really sorry, other than voicing your feelings again I can't think of what else you can do
