Labour near?

I'm 38+4, had noticed some mild pains in my vagina area (I don't know where else to explain they are coming from haha) and this afternoon this on the tissue when I wiped.

No blood, just mucous. Pains aren't regular or anything they just give me a jab occasionally. Bub isn't kicking around as much as usual today so I'm giving it a couple more hours and then calling the hospital for some advice.

Anyone else experience this just before going into labour?
