Should she be my bridesmaid?

I am getting married next year. My sister will be a bridesmaid but should I ask my SIL?
She didn’t have any bridesmaids. Her son will be my page boy.

Both of my SILs were bridesmaids, but neither of them were supposed to be I had several bridesmaids drop out (2 because of travel/time off and 1 got pregnant) so they filled in.
Originally they were going to do our readings, so they were involved but not bridesmaids. Whatever you're comfortable with.
