Will my milk supply increase?

I’m 39 weeks. Wanted to see how my pump worked so I tried pumping. Didn’t get a lot of milk. Will it increase after my baby is born?

Milk doesn’t come in until the placenta is detached. It should come in around 3-7 days after birth. 
Right now you have colostrum. Drops of this is more than enough.

The amount of colostrum you're producing has nothing to do with the amount of milk you'll produce. Your milk doesn't come in until the placenta detaches and baby arrives, it takes a few days after birth.
